I have two minor plumbing jobs i would like quotations for.

1: Leaky Pipe Fix

There is a water pipe that feeds into the toilet tank in my bathroom. Recently i've noticed water leaking out at a slow rate beneath this pipe. Originally i thought it was from a loose thread where the pipe feeds into the toilet cistern, but i also think that there is water leaking from somewhere near the valve. I can provide a photo of this if required. Note: I am looking for someone who is Gas Safe registered for this task.


2: Gas Flue bracket installation

After a recent gas inspection, i was advised to have the gas flue coming out of boiler fixed to the wall in the attic space (using something like this presumably). The overall installation looks straightforward, but i do not have the correct part. The boiler is a Vaillant model. I can provide a photo of the flue location if required.

Please could you give a rough estimate for fixing the leaky pipe and installing the gas flue bracket (which would need to be included in the cost) so that i can present this to my landlord.
