wire up microwave in built in kitchen correctly

Built-in microwave seems to be wired into the built- in oven supply wire (32A ?). Microwave should be wired in a separate 13A(or10A ) surely ??
Can it be wired with an ordinary plug into a nearby adjacent socket ?
