Broken sash cords, tap washers, small repair works,

Replace rotten shed door on woodshed, fix broken sash cords on some windows..put new washers on taps, sand down and repaint two wooden windowsills in first floor from scratch.. (accessible from indoors). Done really badly a couple times of years ago.
Poss cutting back overgrown branches of trees, and poss removal of green waste.
A lot of these are jobs I would have done myself in past years, but need help now.
