Fill joint crack (dry pack) between original wall and loft extension wall to prevent water ingress.
Chop out and fill other cracks in render/brickwork for same purpose.
Install lip above joint to divert water.
Turned up on time - completed the work efficiently and courteously and for reasonable price.
