Replace a small patio area with 4 slabs raised on 1 of brick

Please could you give a quote to replace and enlarge a small patio, currently 2 council slabs raised on 1 level of bricks. As I live in a leasehold flat there are restrictions to size and material.
I would like to have a 6ft x 4ft patio of council slabs (4) raised on 1 level of bricks. The size and slabs unfortunately are all I am allowed to have.
