Paint bathroom ceiling

I have a small bathroom (max 8ft x 5ft). I have some mould and peeling paint on the ceiling above the window and shower. This was originally due to concrete guttering which was replaced some time ago and a non working extractor fan which has also been recently replaced.
I need the ceiling repainted. Don't know if you need to do the whole ceiling.
