Front Door of Flat not opening properly Unsure of problem

Mid April the door would not open easily and now I can hardly open the door at all. I don’t know what’s going on with the building or my door. I just know that something has to be done as soon as I can because it is my only entrance into the building and I have no other entrance into the building.
