This firm came and waterproofed an outside wall to stop damp coming in on 28 April 2023. Completed the job ok and promised to send a 10 year guarantee (for which I have written proof). After 6 months and several emails and excuses later I have still not received this and he is no longer replying to them.
Be very wary if you employ this person
