Kitchen
- New cupboard doors 5
- New drawer fronts 2
- Remove fridge, microwave, oven, hob, heater, washing machine and extractor and dispose of
- Supply and fit new electric oven and electric hob and extractor
- rake out old mastic and insert new divider
- remove and fit new tiles
- paint in magnolia throughout being careful not to stain doors
- paint skirting and architrave white gloss
Lounge
Remove all items in lounge and dispose of
- paint in magnolia throughout being careful not to stain doors
- paint skirting and architrave white gloss
Bathroom
- remove all fittings and MDF floor ,
- remove tiles - leave elec shower
- supply and fit new plywood floor
- supply and fit new bath, sink and toilet
