Called this tradesman, he came round gave me a good price for the job explained what he would do & materials he would use.
As it was the Christmas period he said he would call me when he was free.He called & we agreed a day he said he would be between 09:00 & 09:30.
He arrived at 09:15 the job was done before 12:00 & I was completely satisfied.
