Paul turned up on time and completed the job within the time estimated. He also answered all messages promptly. Fitted new shower and a combination loo/sink for us and tidied up plumbing for washing machine too. All pipework is very tidy and has been lagged (in outdoor utility). Combined loo/sink carefully fitted. Very pleased with end result.
