Job quoted for leak under kitchen sink due to faulty pipework, loose tap and weak hot water pressure. Reasonable quote given. Came back to undertake job few days later and replaced pipework. Unfortunately unable to fix tap due to missing part. Discussed alternatives and I am reasonably happy with work but would have been nice to have offered slight discount due to fact that tap was unable to be fixed which was part of quote.
