I was very impressed with Norik from the first telephone call. He sounded interested in my job, and suggested that I should send him a photograph of the bathroom door via email, so that he could get a good idea of what the job entailed. He gave me a very reasonable quote, and the option of having the job done the next day.
Norik is a professional. He arrived on time, had all the relevant tools with him, and started work immediately.
