Painting hall, kitchen, bedrooms & lounge in flat in moseley

I have a small flat in Moseley & need to get most of it re-painted. This is a long hall, two bedrooms, a living room & a kitchen, most of which can be painted - around 200 m2 in total wall area. There may be a small amount of rubbing down & making good, but this is minor.
